Job Opening: Apartment Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team and help take care of our property. If you have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors including snow removal
- Troubleshoot and repair various issues in apartments and common areas
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for residents
- Work collaboratively with the property management team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of apartment maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a drivers license
- Must pass a background check

Schedule:
- Typical hours: Monday – Friday, 8am -4:30pm with a half-hour lunch break.
