Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement specialized AI talent programs
• Lead initiatives connecting senior AI talent with employers
• Develop alumni engagement strategies for AI professionals
• Manage performance indicators and reporting for programs
• Oversee specialized talent programming and networking events
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years in program management and relationship management
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Understanding of AI concepts and developments
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
