- T4: $57.71 (T4 only)
What You'll Do
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to define business questions, KPIs, and analytical frameworks for AI and productivity initiatives.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to understand AI adoption, user behavior, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and friction points that influence how teams and customers interact with AI-enabled capabilities.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms to communicate insights effectively.
- Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, experimentation, and predictive modeling techniques to evaluate initiative performance and guide investment decisions.
- Build trusted datasets, semantic layers, and scalable analytics models that enable self-service reporting and informed decision-making.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection, transformation, and governance.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to enhance productivity, automate analysis, and prototype solutions.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
- Experience working with modern data stacks and ELT technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience designing scalable analytics data models and governed datasets that support enterprise reporting and decision-making.
- Expertise with visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to independently drive insights from ambiguous or complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within SaaS companies or Platform Engineering organizations.
- Familiarity with Autodesk products and the industries they serve.
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
