We are an early stage startup developing cutting-edge AI technology. We are looking for a talented AI engineer to join our small but growing team. You will have the opportunity to take on a role in shaping our AI architecture and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement AI/ML models, algorithms, and other software to power our products
- Research and evaluate new AI techniques and technologies to improve our platform
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify use cases for AI and integrate models into existing infrastructure
- Optimize model performance for metrics like accuracy, latency, and scalability
- Establish processes and best practices for development and deployment of AI systems
Requirements:
- Experience in developing and deploying AI or ML systems
- Strong software engineering skills and experience with languages like Python and Go
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure
- Knowledge of AI best practices related to bias, explainability, and ethical AI
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
Nice To Have:
- Experience taking AI models into production
- Background in eCommerce or related fields
