As an Agile Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple squads/ pods of varying priority. These squads/ pods could be part of a project or program initiatives. You will work with multiple project managers and multi-disciplinary teams. You are expected to apply project management methodologies, skill, disciplines to the assigned projects and ensure management of all project tasks and achieve the stated objectives.
You will proactively deliver projects and enable our strategy and build strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver project benefits, meet business objectives, and exceed client expectations.
How you will create impact:
Lead project teams through the effective planning, management, and implementation of medium to large scale project initiatives across various IT and business areas.
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver Agile squads responsibilities on key Sprint goals. Ensure sprint goals are aligned with business objectives and product roadmap
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and track delivery progress using Agile metrics
Act as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and dependencies. Communicate progress, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine backlogs. Align cross‑team dependencies and manage external/vendor coordination when needed
Support team growth and high performance through feedback and collaboration. Remove impediments and protect the team from unnecessary disruptions
Adapt to changing priorities and ensure resources are applied appropriately to ensure project success. Analyze delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project stakeholders, key business/ systems users, and project team, acting as primary point of contact with partner’s team and other internal and external stakeholders connected to the project.

To join our team:
6-8 years successful experience working within the Information or Business Systems profession or related business experience.
Proven success leading Agile and project teams, with the ability to demonstrate solid knowledge of Agile project management practices and systems development in an interview setting.
Ability to switch between initiatives/squads and understand impacts is a key role in ensuring work progresses at pace in, what at times can be, an unstructured environment.
