• Ensure transparency regarding risks and impediments
• Facilitate effective scrum meetings and workshops
• Maintain and optimize Jira dashboards for team efficiency
• Partner with Product Owners to drive project execution
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Background in Agile frameworks within Financial Services
• Ability to influence without authority
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
