Mortgage Broker Assistant
Job description:Are you a self-starter who is an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to support a Mortgage Broker in providing exceptional service to clients? Join the team as a Mortgage Broker Assistant and utilize your skills in managing mortgage applications, organizing client profiles and ensuring a smooth process. With your ability to communicate effectively and maintain an accurate database, you will play a vital role in empowering clients in their journey to home ownership and real estate investing.
Responsibilities:
Create, organize and maintain comprehensive client profiles.
Maintain an organized system for easy access and reference.
Prepare email and letter drafts.
Appraisal Service Coordination: Order, track and review appraisal services using specific platforms. Identify most suitable appraisal firm for when required.
Database maintenance: Keep the database and CRM up to date by regularly updating client’s information, transaction status, relevant notes. Ensure accurate records for efficient communication and transaction tracking.
Client Communication and Document Collection: Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, request and collect documents necessary for mortgage approval.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail throughout the processes.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of communication to clients and lenders emails on relevant matters. Update records
Manage outbound and inbound emails, phone calls.
Prepare and review compliance documentation and disclosure statements.
Liaison with clients, lawyers etc.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Strong customer service with ability to work closely with clients providing first class service.
Detailed oriented, accurate and demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong technical skills along with proficiency with Microsoft Office, advance Excel Skills, Adobe PDF, signing systems, cloud systems.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
Collect and organize documentation.
High School Diploma or equivalency
High level of English Proficiency
Reliable high-speed internet connection and phone service
Compensation and Benefits:
Available to work between hours of 9am- 5pm
$19-$22 an hour
Annual bonus program
Hybrid position office and work from home
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
