This full-time permanent role will see you coordinating volunteer onboarding and assisting with event logistics to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate CONNECT volunteer onboarding and engagement processes

• Support planning of events and campaigns

• Manage the maintenance of volunteer records

• Assist with administrative tasks for the Field Ministry Team

• Facilitate conference preparations and communications

Requirements:

• Diploma in Office Administration or 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
