Administrator, Utility Locates (AR/AP Experience) Jobs in Remote at Telecon
The Administrator, Utility Locates will provide support to the Promark-Telecon team in Alberta
This is a full-time, 6-month contract position and a fully remote opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with AR/AP processes.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Prepare client invoicing
Review and process claims
Process vendor invoices and accruals
Employee/Contractor documentation maintenance
Manage quality and safety documents including audits, inspections, and reporting
Support dispatch and CSR team with daily tasks as required
Other duties as required to support the day-to-day operations
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
1-3 years of previous Administrative or Operations Support experience is preferred
Proficient with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Ability to handle secure/sensitive documents such as invoices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
Flexible and quick to adapt to new tasks and challenges
Willingness to learn and help the team where required
