Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrator – HSE to join our project team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Health, Safety, and Environment team while ensuring accurate recordkeeping, compliance documentation, training administration, and project support activities.

This position is based in Fort St. John, BC. Candidates must reside in the Fort St. John or area.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the project HSE team.
  • Scan, file, and maintain HSE documentation and records.
  • Maintain project job binders and related documentation.
  • Maintain project-specific training matrixes.
  • Conduct site-specific orientations for new employees and subcontractors.
  • Assist with the collection, tracking, and maintenance of HSE records.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficient in MS office
  • Advanced data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
