Position Overview:
Luke’s Place is seeking a full-time
collaborative
Administrative Coordinator, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, to provide confidential support to the organization. We are looking for someone who is an experienced administrative professional who can quickly take ownership of the role and be effective with minimal supervision.
You will
be part of a small and skilled team of administrators who are
collaborative
and cooperative. You must be computer savvy especially with excel. This position requires an on-site presence at our Oshawa office at a minimum of 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:
Support program delivery, including appointment and workshop coordination, database management, and transportation arrangements Coordinate all aspects of organizing team meetings and events, including venue bookings, invitations, catering, preparation and distribution of meeting materials, and recording minutes
Assist in the planning and delivery of training sessions
