Admin Assistant – Contract position

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Mississauga location. This position is a contract position working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Duties For The Contract Position

  • Scanning of warehouse documents: BOLs, RA receipts, customer pick-ups, and receiving documents
  • Manually converting the US $ orders to CAD in CCA and then billing Amazon, Canada Computers and Memory Express manually so that the dollars align
  • Tracking of the rebate removals to ensure that the monthly true up aligns with the rebate removals
  • Ad hoc issues requiring added research and investigations such as EHF and other issues
  • Back-up for bank reconciliations, taxes remittances, AP invoice coding, or bank deposits
  • Completes other duties and projects as assigned by management.
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Professional verbal and written business communication skills.
  • Dependable and exhibit high degree of professionalism
