Duration: 6 months (opportunity for an extension, or conversion to FTE based on performance)
Location: Hybrid mainly work in office 3 days/week | 1Downtown, Toronto | Equipment will be provided.
What are the hours of work? 7.5 hours/dayDaily Responsibilities:-
Executes operating procedures that ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes.
Contributes to environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within thedepartment.
Achieves pre-set targets measuring service quality & effectiveness against appropriate benchmarks.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our service and value proposition for our clients.
Can identify where processing gaps occur and can perform other tasks as needed to help with coverage.
Identify and resolve recurring problems to ensure corrective actions and proper procedures are put in place.
Follows pre-set procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as corporate audit and risk management requirements.
Contributes to satisfactory results in all internal & external audits.
Undertakes ongoing training & development of staff on operating procedures & regulatory requirements.
Ensure appropriate liaison with Risk and Control area within Operations
Ensure all suspense accounts are current and up-to-date reconciliation
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it?:
MS softwares skill. Strong MS Excel skill. VBA, MS Access knowledge. Lean Six Sigma.
