Position Overview:Joining our team as a Marketing/Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisors and enhancing our clients’ experience. This position is pivotal for someone looking to thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment while helping clients achieve their financial goals. The role is highly interactive, requiring a proactive approach to client service, marketing support, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handle inquiries from clients via phone and email, maintaining a superior client service experience.

Support marketing initiatives to promote advisor services, manage social media presence, and engage in direct client communication.

Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports while ensuring the CRM and client files are up-to-date.

Assist in the coordination and preparation of client meetings, including agenda setting, document preparation, and post-meeting follow-ups.

Handle investment transactions and paperwork related to new insurance business, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Maintain office efficiency through various administrative tasks, including electronic scanning, filing, and managing client marketing lists.

Experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.

Familiarity with CRM systems and a sound understanding of insurance and investment products.

A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience. Industry-specific courses or certifications are a plus.
