We are a growing home services management company based in Kelowna, operating multiple locations across Canada. We’re looking for a highly organized and reliable Admin Assistant to support two business owners and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This role is focused on organization, communication, and follow-through. While it starts as an administrative support position, there is a strong opportunity to grow into a broader operations-focused role over time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize owners' inboxes (triage, draft responses, follow-ups)
- Send and manage documents
- Coordinate signatures and ensure documents are completed on time
- Organize and maintain Google Drive (file structure, naming, consistency)
- Track important dates and expiries (insurance, inspections, contracts)
- Set up and maintain reminder systems to ensure nothing is missed
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills
- Reliable with strong follow-through
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets)
- Previous admin or office experience preferred

- Documents are handled quickly and accurately
- Files are easy to find and consistently structured
- Important deadlines and expiries are tracked and never missed
