Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a company in the real estate sector, based in Burnaby, BC. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a 1 month contract. You will be working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm in an office with a great team. Please note this is a contract to cover employee leave for 1 month

Your new role

Standard admin assistant duties such as cover the front desk , tending to all guests coming through

Interact with property manager and operations team members

Tenant interactions and notices via phone and email

Collection tenant insurance certifications

Review tenant paperwork and e-filing

Monitor and order office supplies

Helping her schedule meetings

Taking care of promotion items like site signs and other promotional products.

Maintain mailbox for inquiries

Data entry into property management system

What you’ll need to succeed

2+ years of administrative experience

Computer knowledge such as MS Office and quick to learn

Good to work in a fast-paced environment

Property Administration and/or accounts payable and receivables is an asset.

** This is a 1 month contract to cover leave so you must be immediately available for 1 month on a full time basis**

What you’ll get in return

You will work on a 1-month contract with a great team. You will have full-time hours in Burnaby from Monday-Friday. While on contract, you will be paid weekly. Payment is $25.00-$26.00 per hour
