Administrative Assistant

We are a local cleaning company providing a variety of cleaning and home maintenance services in Collingwood, Blue Mountains, and surrounding areas.

We are hiring for a part time permanent administrative assistant with some weekend availability – possibility of full time.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers client phone calls and emails.
Schedules daily jobs.
Tracks Staff availability.
Responds to website inquiries.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and email.
Provides information to clients by answering questions and requests.
Sending invoices and applying payments

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

Administrative Writing Skills
Comfortable with various computer programs

Analyzing Information

Verbal Communication

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education required
3 years of administrative assistant experience
Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word and Excel
Scheduling Experience an asset
Bookkeeping Experience an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.70 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
