Responsibilities:

Primary focus will be a combination of servicing existing customers and Receptionist duties.

The successful candidate must be willing to work Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm and thrive in a self-motivated environment.

On the job training provided.

Responsibilities will include helping to maintain an existing book of business through service, policy changes on the insurer portals and remarketing, posting payments and dealing with billing issues, professionally emailing and speaking to clients, writing and sending new business applications.

Qualifications:

Self-starter with the ability to meet retention goals

RIBO License

Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively

Strong attention to detail

Phone skills

Computer skills
