Position Information

Temporary position until May 13, 2028, approximately.

Rotation/Shifts

Days, 8 hour shifts.

What you will bring

Completion of Two (2)-year Community College Diploma in Office Administration, or equivalent;

Three (3) years of previous experience in office administration;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Knowledge of Microsoft Teams skills, including file management;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Excellent problem solving and decision making skills;

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required to interact with and relay messages to all levels of hospital staff, external contacts and the general public

Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically when dealing with staff and the general public;

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

Eligible to work in Canada.

You will stand out with:

Experience with pre-hospital care, documentation and data management;

Experience and/or qualifications in the principles of budgeting;

Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
