Job Description

AECOM is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary, AB. This is a Full-time role.

Responsibilities for this position include:
+ Formatting reports.

+ Preparing and/or proofing correspondence, forms, spreadsheets.

+ Making travel arrangements for staff.

+ Maintaining an inventory of office supplies.

+ Quality management:demonstrated ability to follow internal processes and assist projects be compliant.

+ Ensuring office practices and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
+ GED or High School completion.

+ A minimum of 6 years of relevant administration experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

+ Familiar with a variety of the office concepts, practices, and procedures.

+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and create effective and efficient methods to complete those tasks.

+ Ability to utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish more complicated goals.

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

+ Can-do, positive attitude and an ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

+ Demonstrated effectiveness in building working relationships.

Additional Information

+ Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $58,000.00 – $68,000.00.
