REPORTING TO:

General Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Assist company Directors and Corporate Managers in the effective execution of appropriate administrative functions

2. Act as liaison between the Corporate Office and Business Centres as directed by the VP& GM to ensure clear and effective

communication

of corporate messaging.

3. Ensure regular reporting of sales, purchasing, and rebate data and subsequent reconciliations are completed on a timely basis and with accuracy.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Work with NCS International Co.’s Directors and Corporate managers in administering effective company

communication

as required;

Take initiatives and assist co-workers when needed (backing up hours for co-workers on vacation);

Run sales reports and share the data with relevant buying groups;

Input data into separate buying group/customer generated spreadsheets and e-mails or uploads through website portals monthly submissions;

Coordinate annual meeting events and creates sales data as required;

Create summary spreadsheet for Supplier Rebates;

Committee Meetings and Projects – Take minutes for all management committee meetings and circulates to all PC and Sales Managers and works with Management Committee team members to complete reports and creative for current projects;

Run monthly reports for Management, as required;

Work well with team members/

respectful

and courteous to others;

Ensure work to be completed is prioritized;

Participate in all department team meetings as required;

Ensure all job functions are performed in accordance with the Guillevin Standard Practice Instruction (SPI) Manual.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12 minimum completed;

Ideally 1-2 years of related experience;

Strong

communication

and people skills, initiative;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OUTLOOK);

Good English

communication skills

written and spoken;

Strong ability and desire to develop and grow skills.

Ability to

work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
