Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
– Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and equipment
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
– Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
