Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wainwright. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and customer service in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
– Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
– Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
– Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping

Skills:

– Legal experience an asset but not required
– Proven experience in front desk or customer support roles
– Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
– Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
– Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
