We are looking for a highly organized and detail-orientedAdministrative Assistantto support the team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will coordinate office systems, provide HR administration and assist with the President’s calendar.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the President with calendar coordination and general admin, keeping track of critical dates, and making logistical arrangements for in-person meetings

Serve as the first point of contact for the President and troubleshoot where necessary;

Supporting the Office Manager with general HR administration relating to performance cycles, on-boarding/ off-boarding, health & safety, recruiting, benefits, etc.

Organizing internal employee events, socials, and learning sessions

Drafting internal communications

Conducting procurement activities for the office (such as purchasing office supplies, arranging office maintenance, and other goods and services)

Performing general reception duties.

Special projects as required

What you’ll bring:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing administrative support to management

Degree in a related field (business, office assistance/administration, legal, HR/talent administration).

Superior written and verbal skills with solid communication and interpersonal skills

Skilled in apps including Google calendar (for calendar management) as well as Google Workspace and Microsoft office

Detail-oriented and well-organized

Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment

Excellent time management and organization skills

Super tech savvy, strong with Mac

Experience using an HRIS such as Bamboo HR preferred
