We are a well-established insurance and financial planning office in West Edmonton looking for a dependable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support a team of three advisors.

This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who takes pride in keeping a professional office running smoothly and providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.

This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and client service skills who enjoys organization, accuracy, and follow-through. The right candidate may come from insurance, financial services, legal, medical, real estate, accounting, or another professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a team of three advisors
  • Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, text, and in person
  • Maintain accurate client files and records
  • Prepare documents and assist with meeting follow-ups
  • Support servicing and documentation tasks
  • Assist with internal processes, workflows, and compliance-related paperwork
  • Deliver a high level of client service and professionalism
  • Help keep the office organized, responsive, and well-run

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role in a professional office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort using computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to work well in a team environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in insurance or financial services
  • Experience in legal, medical, real estate, accounting, or other professional offices
