Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, communicating with clients, and supporting executive-level staff. The role also involves clerical tasks, such as organizing documentation, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to effectively manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle office operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to provide professional and courteous interactions with clients and team members
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership-level needs and execute tasks with attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic and diverse responsibilities
- Previous experience in interior design firms or creative industries is an asset
