The Role
To provide a quality comprehensive administrative service within the Business Support Function across Property Support and Services Department.

What we’ll need you to bring
SVQ3 or equivalent.
Communication skills – both written and verbal, office management skills
Proficient in PC programmes.
Knowledge of Standing Financial Instructions.
2 years general administration and office experience.
Flexible team worker as well as working on own initiative
It would be great if you also have
NHS administration experience
Good working knowledge of office organisation
Ability to apply concentration when checking documents and dealing with cash
Ability to prioritise work and information processing to meet deadlines set by managers
Ability to cope with the demands of the department over a wide range of issues

22.5 hours
Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Property and Support Services Department, General Office/Reception within University Hospital Monklands.
The working pattern for this role is Wednesday to Friday 08:45 – 16:45
