Job Overview
We are seeking a few dedicated and compassionate Acupuncturist, Herbalist, RMT(Registered Massage Therapists), Chiropractors to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert treatments to promote patient wellness, manage pain, and support overall health. This role requires a strong understanding of medicine principles combined with excellent patient care skills. The professional will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic treatment plans in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient responses during sessions and adjust techniques as necessary
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and lifestyle modifications to enhance health outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with medical staff to integrate to comprehensive treatment programs
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas adhere to cleanliness and safety standards
Experience
- Prior hospital or clinical experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with medical environments and procedures
- Proven experience in patient care, showcasing strong communication skills and empathy
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for effective documentation and interdisciplinary communication
- Certification or licensing as an Acupuncturist, RMT, or Chiropractor is required, with ongoing professional development encouraged to stay current with industry practices
