As a pivotal player on the Fund Development team, you will develop strategies and create relationships that inspire significant philanthropic contributions. This position requires expertise in digital fundraising, program management, and securing major gifts. You’ll focus on innovative donor engagement techniques, making a tangible difference in sexual health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the Annual Giving operations plan effectively
• Explore creative fundraising opportunities for donor engagement
• Analyze data to refine fundraising strategies
• Coordinate with Communications for outreach initiatives
• Manage personalized leadership campaigns and donor portfolios
Requirements:
• 4–6 years leading fundraising initiatives
• Proven experience in digital and direct mail strategies
• Strong attention to detail and project management abilities
• Understanding of donor CRMs and data management
• Commitment to inclusive practices in fundraising
