PHOENIX FENCE CORP. is western Canada’s leading Fence Manufacturer, Distributor and Installers of Chain Link, Vinyl and Ornamental Fence products that has been in business for over 40 years. Phoenix Fence is currently recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Clerk at our head office at the Edmonton Location – 12816 – 156 Street. This is a Full-Time position Monday – Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional extra hours required.
Areas of Responsibility / Experience / Qualities for this position:
Ability to multitask, excellent oral communication
Accurate, reliable, organized, client Focused
Work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, repetitive tasks
Work in SAGE, word, excel, Microsoft office
Preform clerical duties, invoice clients, general office duties, filing, cash reconciliation, data entry, accounts receivable related duties, record systems, bank deposits.
Be bondable
Attention to detail
Work in a team environment and complete tasks alone
Experience an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $57,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
