Your role with us:

The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for managing full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including reviewing outgoing invoices for accuracy, ensuring Canadian and U.S. taxes are correctly applied and filed, reconciling and posting incoming customer payments, and actively collecting past-due receivables. The Accounts Receivable Accountant will maintain accuracy, adhere to agreed-upon terms, and deliver a high level of customer service.

You will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle AR processes, invoicing, and collections.
  • Strong experience with remittances such as tax and GST.
  • Experience completing monthly reconciliation and reporting.
  • Experience using an ERP system with strong Microsoft Office Excel, and Word skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and teambuilding skills.
