Accounts Payable Clerk – RV Dealership
We are a busy RV dealership looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with accounting and dealership software.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering and processing vendor invoices
- Matching payments with invoices and statements
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Using QuickBooks Online and/or dealership software to maintain accurate records
- Communicating with vendors and internal departments
- Assisting with general accounting and office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks required or strongly preferred
- Dealership software experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills
