We are currently looking for an Electrical Summer Student to join our team!
Note: This is a Full-time Temporary position.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Finance Team as required
Junior accounting AP/AR assistance
Balance Financial Reports with proper documentation
Reception coverage including managing and monitoring the reception area at all times
Ensure Corporate controls and processes are followed
Develop and maintain client specific reports
Conduct general administrative duties including filing, typing, coding applicable invoices
Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of information
Perform other duties and support as required
Required Skills
Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work
Excellent ability to prioritize work tasks according to deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Required Experience
Post-Secondary education in Accounting or Finance would be an asset
Grade 12 diploma
Experience in Accounting or Finance would be an asset
