In the role ofAccounting Clerk (4-month summer Co-op),you will effectively contribute to the financial management and operational efficiency of the organization by accurately capturing and processing accounts payable invoices in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
What you’ll do:
Ensure invoice capturing is both timely and accurate to foster positive vendor relationships.
Routinely evaluate existing processes to identify efficiencies and make recommendations to senior team members.
What you have:
Detailed oriented – A keen eye is required to ensure all details are captured accurately.
Speed – We process a high-volume of invoices daily therefore, a consistent pursuit to become quicker and more efficient is necessary.
Ability to work independently and within a team is key.
