Full Time | Mississauga, ON (Onsite)
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM-7 PM | $20-$25 per hour

As our operations continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-driven Accountant & Inventory Controller to join our Mississauga team. What You’ll Do
As part of our finance and operations team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring inventory integrity across our systems. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and internal compliance.
Accounting & Finance Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Record and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile bank transactions and credit card statements
- Post payroll entries and expense reports
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation
- Generate financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Support audit requirements and internal control compliance
Inventory Management Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel and/or inventory systems
- Track stock movement (inbound and outbound)
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams
- Prepare periodic inventory and variance reports
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Daily Operational Tasks
- Enter financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Update daily inventory movement records
- Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- Verify expense approvals and supporting documentation
- Conduct routine ledger and inventory checks
What You Bring
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and confident managing both accounting and inventory processes in a structured, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting and inventory control
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Clear communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Awareness of internal controls and compliance standards
