Our client, a prominent Chartered Professional Accounting firm operating in various regions of Northern and Western Canada, is on the lookout for a Senior Manager, reporting directly to their Partnership group to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role reports to the Partners and will involve contributing to a range of Assurance & Accounting tasks within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Independently and efficiently oversee and evaluate NTR, review, and tax engagements.

Deliver comprehensive product to partners promptly.

Cultivate positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Drive

client relationship

management, business development initiatives, and uphold high standards of service delivery.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client industries, business trends, and technological advancements, effectively communicating insights to clients.

Take the lead in mentoring engagement teams, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

Guide and support the

professional growth

of senior and staff accountants through mentorship and coaching within the organization.

Qualifications:

CPA designation with a minimum of 5 years of assurance experience.

Proficiency in CPA Canada Handbook, review procedures, and tax compliance.

Previous experience in industries supported by our firm is advantageous.

Benefits:

The discussed salary starting range is $90,000+ depending on experience.

Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered.
