We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Manager for Austin Texas and surroundings areas to join our expanding sales team. This pivotal role involves developing and managing strategic client relationships, driving business growth through effective sales techniques, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and technical sales, with a proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives, leverage marketing strategies, and utilize advanced CRM tools to achieve ambitious targets.

This is a position with a base salary and eligible for commission. Experience in sales for a Temporary staffing agency preferred. Hospitality sales experience a plus.

This position will develop sales for Dallas TX, Austin TX, Houston TX Market

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective clients across various industries.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing expert consultation and ongoing support.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while aligning with company policies and client expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and maintain detailed account records.
  • Conduct technical sales demonstrations and articulate complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize account value.
  • Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability in technical sales environments requiring analysis skills and product knowledge.
  • Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term client partnerships.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Ability to perform warm calling effectively while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
