JOB DESCRIPTION
STEALTH Branded is looking for a full-time account & procurement specialist to produce promotional products for our Saskatoon office!
AS AN ACCOUNT & PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:
Work closely with all members of the STEALTH Branded team on all aspects of product delivery, including procurement & production, development, sales, and ongoing client support.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with different machines such as DTG, Laser, embroidery, and heat press
- Refine and produce designs
- Working with clients to fulfill orders from the initial point of contact to delivery
- Working with vendors, finding new vendors
- Working with FedEx & Canada Post
- Produce merchandise and be able to deliver the product in a timely manner
SKILLS AND EDUCATION
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or similar is an asset
- Experience in the promotional product field or sourcing.
- Be passionate about promotional products and creative while working with them.
- Be capable of sourcing innovative products both within and outside of the promotional products industry
- Proven experience in developing, negotiating and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and customers
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working with different materials and machinery in the customization process
- Strong understanding of quality assurance
- Be able to give timelines based on product availability, branding products, and initiating delivery
- Strong PC skills with working knowledge of Google, and maintaining e-commerce backends such as Shopify

SALARY
45k – 55k, negotiable based on experience & demonstrated competencies.
