Responsibilities:
The Account Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of client programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver social-first marketing strategies that achieve client goals. This role manages campaign execution across integrated social media, YouTube, and creator-led programs, ensuring timelines are met, teams stay aligned, and deliverables are executed successfully.
Account Managers are highly organized, adaptable, and proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments. They are responsible for driving projects from kickoff through wrap while supporting strong client relationships and seamless internal collaboration.
- Own day-to-day communication across assigned accounts and campaigns.
- Translate client goals into clear internal briefs and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver against KPIs.
- Support talent sourcing, vetting, and creator recommendations aligned to campaign objectives.
- Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and solutions.
- Oversee content review and approval workflows to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Support production, shoots, and campaign activations as needed.
- Maintain campaign trackers, creator data, and internal systems with accuracy.
- Prepare client-facing materials, including agendas, recaps, status reports, and wrap reports.
- Support reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
- Stay current on platform trends, creator marketing, and cultural moments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, advertising, or account management. Agency experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.
- Excellent client service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.

This role has an annual base salary range of CAD $60,000 to $75,000.
This salary range reflects the full scope and growth trajectory of the role, from developing foundational capabilities to delivering sustained impact at a more advanced level.
Placement within the range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are evaluated by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and anticipated impact, using consistent and objective criteria.
