Key Responsibilities:
• Manage account onboarding and system integration efficiently
• Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction
• Investigate and resolve shipment and billing discrepancies
• Serve as the main contact for clients throughout engagement
• Coordinate activities across Business Development, Logistics, and Accounting
Requirements:
• Strong relational skills and commitment to client care
• Tenacity in resolving issues until closed
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel to client locations twice a year
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
