The Role
We’re looking for an account manager to help us bring bold brand activations to life, from the first idea to the final drop. You’ll be the face of Kitworks for clients, managing projects from concept through delivery, while also spotting opportunities for growth and building relationships that lead to new business.
You’ll need a sharp eye for trends, a deep understanding of what brands and agencies care about, and the kind of organizational skills that make big ideas actually happen.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client projects from start to finish—concepting, creative direction, sourcing, production, assembly, and delivery
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and agency partners, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships
- Collaborate with our creative and production teams to bring bold ideas to life
- Manage project timelines, budgets, logistics, and quality control
- Stay plugged into brand, culture, and marketing trends to keep our ideas fresh and relevant
- Help grow and nurture existing client accounts through thoughtful strategy and proactive ideas
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, agency account management, experiential, PR, or similar
- A strong POV on what makes brand experiences successful (and shareable)
- A strategic mind with a creative edge. You can dream up big ideas and figure out how to pull them off
- Next-level organization and communication skills. You are calm, clear, and always on top of it
- Experience managing multiple projects and timelines at once
- Social and culture-savvy, with a pulse on what’s trending and what’s next
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for building something great
