We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Account Manager to accelerate growth across the Golden Horseshoe region. This role is focused on identifying, acquiring, and developing high-potential medical aesthetic clinics while maximizing the performance of existing accounts.

You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospective partners, securing new business opportunities, and creating growth strategies that drive measurable revenue results. Success in this role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clinic owners, physicians, and key decision-makers.

This is a 6-month contract position. Candidates must reside within the Golden Horseshoe region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new medical aesthetic clinic partnerships within the territory.
  • Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking activities.
  • Lead the sales process from initial outreach through onboarding and activation.
  • Develop and execute quarterly growth plans for assigned accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing product adoption, expanding clinic engagement, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to support clinic success.
  • Deliver product education, training sessions, and business development support to clinic teams.
  • Execute customer events, educational programs, and key opinion leader initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other company initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related B2B sales.
  • Proven success acquiring new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Experience managing a sales territory and developing strategic account plans.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the medical aesthetics and skincare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel.

Salary range is $50,000-$60,000
