Responsibilities

Generate and maintain new business and strong, long-lasting client relationships by pre-call planning,

cross-selling

and consistently following up with prospects

Maintain detailed records of business to increase the efficiency of the sales cycle

Meet monthly and annual revenue goals

Ensure excellent

client satisfaction

by establishing effective

communication

between clients and recruiting teams to acquire sales leads and promote open jobs Engage and prepare candidates for the interview and hiring process

Negotiate contract terms and establish suitable business arrangements Developing a solid understanding of the Information Technology industry and continuously updating knowledge through conferences, research and more Meeting customer requirements, revenue growth targets and maximizing revenue opportunities by building a successful pipeline of new prospects Focus on competitor analysis pursuits to solidify SRA’s market positioning and growth.

Develop long term client relationships, attain new clients, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an Account Manager/Business Development Manager in the IT Consulting and Staffing space

Must have

directly worked with fortune 1000 clients in the past

A Bachelor’s Degree in sales, business administration or equivalent work experience

Proven knowledge and experience in the recruitment industry

Management experience or experience leading a team is an asset, preferably government and public sector experience

Strong negotiation, managerial and

leadership

skills.
