ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced and competitive Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment. You have experience selling innovative digital design and development services for web, mobile and emerging technologies. You know how to make connections with new businesses so that the Tribe can grow. If you are the successful candidate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of proven sales experience with a focus on the digital service industry in a senior or strategic role
Experience selling innovative digital design and development services for web, mobile and emerging technologies
Exceptional communications skills, with the ability to craft compelling written and verbal communications at different levels of the sales funnel
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple high-value accounts while continuously seeking new strategic opportunities
Proven ability to understand client needs, negotiate costs and services, and close high-value deals.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with CRM software and techniques (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Advanced user of productivity tools; Slack, G Suite, Clickup

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent an asset
Passion for staying current with company offerings and industry trends
Experience working in a variety of organizations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy)

SALARY:
$70,000 – $80,000 CAD
