The Role:
We’re hiring our next Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for North America. You’ll
work inbound leads from startups – founders and HR leaders – , run targeted outbound into
SaaS and AI companies, and close deals. This is a closing role – not an SDR position.
What you’ll do:
• Convert inbound leads from our website, content, and referrals into won deals
• Run outbound into U.S. / Canada ICP accounts: Seed to growth-stage SaaS, AI, fintech,
and tech-enabled companies hiring engineering, product, operations, or support teams
in India.
• Own discovery, demo, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and MSA — full cycle
• Educate buyers on EOR vs contractor vs local entity tradeoffs, especially for companies
making their first few India hires.
• Maintain a clean CRM and accurate forecast
• Hit monthly and quarterly quota
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS, HR-tech, fintech, or AI (we’ll consider
2 years for an exceptional candidate), actively selling to U.S. based customers.
• Track record of hitting quota on full-cycle SMB or mid-market deals (ACVs $5K–$50K)
• EOR, global payroll, contractor management, or global HR experience is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience selling to US or Canadian founders, HR leaders, finance
leaders, or operators
• Strong written and spoken English
• Strong discovery and demo skills, with the ability to tailor conversations for founders,
HR/talent leaders, finance, and operations buyers
• Proactively doing your own outbound when you need to
• CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Located in Canada, Mexico, or LATAM with a valid work status in your country of
residence
• Contractor to start, with the opportunity to convert into a longer-term full-time role after 6
months
Nice to have:
• Prior experience selling EOR or global payroll services
• Familiarity with India as a hiring market
• Network in the North American HR-tech or startup ecosystem
