About You:As an Account Executive at veritree, you are responsible for growing revenue by securing long-term partnerships with ideal target customers. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will improve top line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. You will also be the trusted advisor to our customers with the ability to educate them on industry trends and best practices while taking into consideration the nature and complexities of their operation, budget and other constraints. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who will play a critical role in helping shape the future of our company and scale the restorative economy.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible of fully understanding our customers’ goals, needs, and challenges and developing value-added solutions
You will work closely with the Head of Sales to create detailed business plans that will result in the achievement of sales goals
You will be responsible for full sales cycle, from lead to close while managing pipeline opportunities to achieve high velocity sales
You will continuously lead and improve sales and customer education processes and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
You will build, establish and maintain genuine and long-term relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
You will work closely with PDRs and Marketing team to maximize lead generation and average deal size and conversion while reflecting on the quality of leads
You will supplement pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches when necessary
You will secure the right partnerships by managing proposals and the negotiation process
You will prepare and present compelling business presentations, highlighting the value-add, business case and functions of the veritree ecosystem, to various audiences, including C-level and senior client executives
You will partner with Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and outstanding customer service leading to successful partnerships, high customer loyalty, and referral programs
You will standardize the tracking of customer data and leverage insights to identify leverage points to accelerate sales while keeping new and existing customers informed of new product features and gather feedback
You will keep abreast of market trends and competitive insights to ensure veritree is maintaining its competitive edge by having a good understanding in our customers’ current and anticipated needs
Requirements
Professional Requirements
3+ years as an Account Executive in a successful SaaS business
Proficient in HubSpot, Sales force or other CRM platforms
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Proven track record in presenting to senior executives and C-suite
Experience in managing and closing sales cycles
Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills
Experience as an Account Executive in a growing start up is considered an asset
