FDM Designs is an International Award-Winning interior design firm providing full services spanning from luxury residential, corporate to the hospitality industry.
We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Visualization and Virtual Animation Artist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. We value creative and solution-oriented thinking individuals that thrive on a fast-paced, tight deadline, and positive thinking environment.
The 3D Visualization / Virtual Animation role is a fast-paced and demanding position that requires a detailed individual with high skills and knowledge of 3D and animated computer software along with a full understanding of interior design and architectural drawings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5-8 years ADVANCED skills in BOTH SKETCH-UP and LUMION software programs. We do NOT require 3DsMax programs. The candidate must also be proficient in Animations using Lumion software program. They must have the ability to manipulate textures, lighting, plan camera paths and must have a design understanding and sense of space. They must be able to read and understand Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering Drawings.
Your 5-8 Years of Continuous Hands On Experience must be ADVANCED and a excellent understanding of the Software Programs Required. An Advanced understanding of North American requirements in Standard Industry Dimensions in Interior and Exterior Rendering
The individual must have a degree /diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or related field with excellent communication skills to work with the team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
High sense of quality and creative flair.
Software skills to match the most current versions.
Excellent understanding of composition, materials, lighting, and modeling.
Must have a full understanding of Construction and millwork detailing.
Ability to work with the team and be self-motivated to meet deadlines.
Able to manage workloads with minimal supervision.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have speed and good workmanship qualities.
Must have efficiency and the understanding of interior design standards.
This Position is a FULL TIME IN OFFICE job. It is NOT a REMOTE job.
