Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various machining equipment and tools, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
– Operate and monitor machinery to produce parts according to specifications
– Perform machine setups, including tool changes and adjustments
– Inspect parts with precision tools such as calipers to ensure quality standards are met
– Troubleshoot issues with equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
– Read and interpret blueprints or work instructions for machining operations
– Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals
Requirements:
– Proficiency in operating machining equipment such as lathes, press brake machines, and Fanuc controls
– Experience in programming and setting up machines for production runs
– Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting technical drawings
– Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly and finishing tasks
– Knowledge of machining processes and materials
– Strong attention to detail and quality standards
