1st Shift Stock Control Jobs in Geneva, IN at Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial
This position is for 1s shift, Mon – Fri, some overtime. Benefits are active on the 61st calendar day of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with picking customer orders
- Release orders and print packing slips for invoicing in JD Edwards
- Work with UPS shipping computer
- Perform all functions of finished goods area
- Check customer orders in JD Edwards system
- Perform scheduled cycle counts/physical inventory of finished goods
- Maintain finished goods area
- Assist with auditing shipments for put-away
- Drive tow motor
- Load and unload trucks
- Order supplies
- Box, weigh, and count parts
- Make cartons
- Calibrate scales
- File customer orders
- Make bar codes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be forklift certified
- Must be able to load and unload trucks efficiently
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Possess good reading and math skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and JD Edwards
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent problem-solving skills
- Some lifting required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.57 – $21.75 per hour
