146 ECI Project Coordinator

West Texas Centers is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Little Lives Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program as an ECI Project Coordinator. This position works under the supervision of the Office Manager and Program Director and plays a key role in supporting program operations, billing oversight, compliance, contractor coordination, staff training tracking, reporting, and client service support.

Salary:$17.94

Position Summary

The ECI Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Little Lives ECI program. This position coordinates multiple projects requiring strong organization, timeliness, communication, and documentation skills. Responsibilities include billing oversight, contractor onboarding and reimbursement, training compliance, medical records processing, public outreach support, and ensuring compliance with HHS, TAC, Medicaid, and contract requirements.

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail are essential. Knowledge of ECI TAC Rules and Medicaid/THMP policies and procedures is highly preferred.

Some travel is required.

Position Requirements:

Must be 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED

Must have a valid Texas Driver License and an acceptable driving record

Must pass background check and drug screening
